Manhattan Beach Mid-Century Modern

This 2,100 sf, three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, single story Mid-Century Modern style home was fully remodeled and included the installation of a new “family style’ kitchen with a large island and built in appliances. The cabinets were built from solid walnut that feature book matched doors and drawers.  Large fixed glass windows help create a bright living space.  The master bathroom was expanded and includes a large enclosed steam shower and custom cabinetry. The exterior was updated with new stucco and the installation of new windows and doors.  The landscaping was designed to be drought friendly and features an Ipe wood fence and gate that can be operated remotely.
