Hermosa Beach Cottage

This 1,000 sf expansion and total remodel of the kitchen, dining and two bathrooms of this Hermosa Beach “tall and skinny” home included Shaker style custom cabinets, a spice rack, lazy susan and an undermount farm house sink along with built-in appliances. The kitchen counter tops were Damasco white with a white subway tile back splash. New hardwood floors were installed throughout with new base boards and shaker style doors. All existing lighting and switching was upgraded and the electrical panel was expanded to accommodate new appliances. Low voltage wiring was installed to service video and audio equipment. A custom built in cabinet with a fireplace mantel was installed along new railing which included custom newels, balusters and handrails.
