SAIC starts at the conceptual phase with their clients, where we discuss the project’s features, styles and goals. From there, we work with the designer / architect to give visual ideas and insight into possible ways to meet the client’s needs and expectations. During the process, SAIC is adamant about being effective and efficient, both in the design process and the future impacts to the costs of the construction. We are constantly balancing and managing costs while maintaining the overall project goals. During this phase, we provide a construction budget and a project schedule for the client to review and approve. Once construction begins, we keep the client involved with regular verbal or written updates, whichever the client prefers, and provide progress pictures and projections. We also keep meticulous updates on project schedule and budget. Finally, during the finishing phase of the work, SAIC confirms with the client on all relevant architectural, aesthetic and finish details in order to make sure that the homeowner is getting exactly what they want. Attention to detail is critical in this phase. There will be no surprises, just a new dream home for life.
